Sounds good for the size, charging port a plus

I'm replacing the HMDX Jam, and this JBL Charge definitely has better sound quality. I was looking for something with stereo speakers, which this has. You're not going to get booming bass out of this portable speaker, but the sound quality is definitely pleasing. The guys that work in my office were definitely impressed! I also bring it to work to charge my phone when it gets depleted
I did buy this refurbished, and was not impressed with the finish of the product. The volume button appeared as though someone has gotten food residue in the crevice. Then, the speaker started doing weird stuff, and wouldn't connect. I had to order a replacement unit. Hopefully the replacement will work better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Sound

The radio in my car stopped working, so I decided to use my mobile phone (iheartradio, etc.) and bought this JBL for better sound. IT's great and I saved a ton of money. Plus, I get to use this speaker elsewhere and charge my mobile phone!

This thing pumps put very good sound and bass and was a very good buy on my end. I really really like The JBL Charge a lot.

Nice unit. Great sound. Only possible issue is the mini-usb connector is a bit floppy. Have to wiggle the cable to get it to charge. I may try tightening the socket a bit with a small screwdriver. That should do it, as long as its not the solder joint that's loose.

Bought this a week ago. Sound is pretty good. Simple to use and setup (once you know how - directions with the speaker were poor - if you search on youtube you can find videos that explain how to sync the speaker with your device).
I would recommend this to a friend!
