Only if You REALLY need a phone

Let me begin by saying that this is probably the last remaining android phones on the market that you can still add memory to. That in my opinion is perhaps the best reason to own this phone. I've owned (and still own) every version of the Galaxy Note series and the only thing that makes this one (or the Note 2) better than its predecessor is the software updates. The Note 3 is thinner than its predecessors and it feels nice when thumbing through the menus, but other than that there is really no reason to buy this one over the other versions e.g. The Note 2. The leatherette backing is going to wear and show signs of age within a matter of months giving you new phone an aged feel too soon, and the cases that protect your investment i.e. the Otterbox series will only hasten the wear on the backing. In summation, if you really need a phone, then this could be a good choice because it can grow with you via the expandable memory, as long as you don't mind the wear and tear that is surely going to accompany the leatherette back cover and the inability to buy a replacement.
Pros: Bright display, easy home media integration
Cons: Poor quality, cheap materials, very slow to update, no real improvement over the other versions, low speaker volume
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Worst Application installed on a Galaxy - Knox !

This is ridiculous, an application displaying error messages all day. Samsung Knox - Fix them or will return all my company smartphones and tablets to ATT and you will have to pay the cancellation fees.
Functionality is somewhat lacking when it comes to managing media applications.
