Great for those not technically acute

Both my wife and I have a Galaxy Note 3 and we love it. First is it exceptionally easy to use and the features are out of this world. It goes without saying the e-mail capability and the access to the internet is straight forward. But the other features, the maps app, the music app, the video access are uncomplicated to the point of being completely natural. We are in our sixties and the Samsung Note 3 capabilities and ease of use beat the competition hands down.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: wifi drops off unexpectedly

I love my phone its everything I've ever wanted in a phone I gave my husband my note 2 and he just loves that phone too!! Thank u so much!!!

I love my Samsung phone

It has great features that are very easy to navigate. Even my mom who doesn't speak English and technically challeged, can use the phone with no complications. The phone is very durable; no matter how many times I let it fall. The screen and the phone case didn't damage,even though I don't have any case on it. It very slim and the key board is the right size for my finger. The orginization aspect on the phone are excellent; easy find of the icons I want to find. I have always loved Samsung products and I have always used and purchased the brand.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, very easy to use, the size of the phone is perfect

I'm somewhat of a phone junkie. I always upgrade as soon as the next best thing appears on the market. I live my note 3 enough that I didn't even jump on the 4 I've kept my 3. The camera is awesome. I get better quality and options then with my camera

Cons: charging port broke

I love samsung, I have had a Samsung phone for about 8yrs now I have tried other brands only to be disappointed. I switched to Samsung and never had another problem. I have had several Samsung phones and the only reason I have ever gotten rid of one is just because I wanted a new phone not because it needed to b replaced because of an issue with the phone. Everything in my house is samsung; tv, tablets, and phones. The brand is very reliable. I work for a cell phone company and I always recommend Samsung to our customers.

Fine phone but had to return it after 10 days because where you plug it in to the phone quit charging

I purchased my samsung galaxy note3 < 2 years ago and the phone worked perfectly for the first 22 months and considering the cost of this device I expected to get more than 2 years of use out of this phone. I have not dropped this phone, gotten water into this phone or any other damage to this phone at all. Suddenly after 22 mo. the phone began to not work properly as I would be speaking on the telephone the device would randomly open programs all by itself change settings and when I would hang up I would have 10 to 15 programs open on my main screen where the phone did this by itself I contacted my carrier who did send me a replacement phone however I've had this replacement phone for approximately 1 week and I am beginning to have the same issues I had before. I believe with the price of these phones they should last more than 2 years before they begin to have technical issues. I'm considering at this time upgrading to the Samsung Note 5 however with the issues I've had on this phone after just two years and knowing that the note 5 is also a very expensive device am considering buying another brand of smart phone.
