TMobile Note 3 GPS does not work

I loved this phone until I started trying to use the GPS function. If it picked up a signal(sometimes is did and sometimes not) It would either loose the signal...or if it did connect.... navigation would stop and start....or stall and jump forward(after totally loosing my way) . Totally undependable and now wont pick up a signal at all. As serious show stopper that has cost me hours of time and it is still not working.
Amazing the reputation of this phone and so many issues around GPS ,hundreds of complaints ,same symptoms, many supposed fixes but none of them worked. AT&T versions had similar issues as well as apparently a more limited number of the TMobile phone.
I am contacting Samsung for warranty service and hoping they will do the right thing.. Will post again once I find out. All the other aspects/ features of this phone are awesome. Bummer that GPS is such a showstopper. Paid a premium to get a premium phone. Verdict is still out. .
Cons: Did not meet expectations, gps does not work
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In 18 months my phone had to be replaced 4 times. Always something happen, right now I have the phone only for a month and sometimes it get freeze or turn off and on by itself. I take care very well of my cell phones, my previous one was a Galaxy 2 that I had for 3 years without a problem. Also, sometimes the speakers going off.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, speaker go off, cell phone turn off and on by itself., get freeze
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The split screen is by far the best and most used feature. I am able to look up Internet information while texting someone and not have to do switching back and forth.
I have gone through 5 Samsung Note 3's in about a month and a half with my carrier. I have changed my cell phone provider because of the issues I have had with this note 3. I have lost all of my vacation photos of my grandchildren and family reunion photos along with all of my phone numbers and messages I wanted to save. After all of the problems I have had with my phone my husband needed a new stylus for his note 3 (still under warranty but even that could not be corrected.) Very poor experience.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, would not hold charge, would not ring
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The galaxy note 3 is great for gaming any where. It is great for reading watching movies it is like having a desktop in your pocket.
Bought this for my daughter she's 6 and she loves it and it's very durable. I like it so much I think I'll get one for myself.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!
