I dropped my Note 2 and upgraded to the Note 3. I like the note 3 better since it has 1 extra gigabyte of RAM built on board. Also I like that they doubled the ROM from 16gb to 32gb which means plenty of space for apps, music, photos, movies, etc. Also I like that you can expand up to an extra 64gb of memory via a microSD card. It has a large and clear screen so I can see everything quite nicely. Slightly faster processor on board. Has a very quick charge time due to a USB 3.0 cable. Overall, I'm happy with this product because of all the features that they offer on the phone some of which I haven't used yet, but I will test them out and play with them sometime here soon. I am overall happy with all my Samsung products in which I have purchased. I have a Note 3, Note 2, 2 Galaxy S4's, 2 Samsung LCD TV's (a 55in and 32 in), a samsung blu ray player, a series 5 computer monitor, and a samsung laptop.
can still get better pc wise for the money build quality should show it and it doesnt

This is not an "econoline" phone. It will cost you to hold such power! I have had this phone for a couple weeks now. The only cons I see at this point is first the price. When you consider the price and then notice the plastic phone it just doesn't seem to justify the expense. For such a big, professional phone, they could have done better than plastic! Second is the menus. There seems to be menus everywhere...across the bottom, up the side, on the next page...etc. One icon is enough for each app!!!! Pros are to numerous to mention. There is the power. The phone is fast. I switched from a Galaxy S 2 to the Note 3. It's like going from dial up to DSL. Calls are clear through Bluetooth. Learning the phone wasn't to bad because it's similar to my old S2. If you've never had a Galaxy it may take some getting use too. The Smart Switch app worked great at getting my data transferred from one phone to the other. It really saved a ton of time. I haven't used the pen much other than to play with it a little to see how it worked. I can see it coming in handy to jot down notes in business meetings.
One final comment is the size....its big. I wanted a big phone and this is it. If you don't want a big phone look for another model. I don't view the size as a pro or con because I bought the phone I liked. If you want big and powerful, this phone is all that and more.
Pros: Bright display, fast and powerful
Cons: Poor quality, plastic!!! really?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nothing new. Bad battery life. A lot of unnecessary apps which kill the battery life and RAM memo.
Cons: battery life

I have been an extremely loyal iOS user for years. I have owned every generation of the iPhone since it's inception in 2007. In November I switched to the Note 3 after weeks of research. VERY glad I did! The Note 3 is by far the most amazing phone I have ever used. The 4K video camera, 1080p AMOLED, and S-Pen Functionality are amazing! Multi-tasking, and customizable options are incredible. So much to love about this phone! Removable battery, the ability to add MicroSD cards to add more storage makes this even more amazing to use! Sketchbook Pro is awesome on this phone as well. I have been extremely happy with the switch to the Note 3!
