I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER BRAND

When I first started buying/using cellphones i was getting all these other brands, my phones never work properly i've done countless warranty exchanges to the point where i was ready to just give up on even having a cellphone, I said I would try this last brand Samsumg. The first time I ever got a Samsung phone, I said to myself I will never buy any other brand. I've had such great experiences, and not jus with the phone but with Samsung on so many levels. I had a water damage issue with my 1 1/2 year old out of warranty phone, (I'm not ready for a new phone)so I called Samsung to get assistance with getting the device repaired and the agents were nothing but nice, helpful, they seemed to care about my needs, the quoted pepair charge was extremely reasonable and more than fair, and they also called me to follow up on my phone status. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY OTHER BRAND.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: phone itself is too expensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

this is a great phone with so many options

I have yet to touch all the features of this phone. I love the look of the screen but there IS one problem, when I carry it In my pocket it turns off by itself. It is an annoying problem but it is a great phone besides that problem
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, turns off by itself for some reason

The first cellular phone I ever got was a Samsung. That was years ago. I have never had a problem with the phones. The only reason to get a new phone is to upgrade. The features improve, the style improves, Samsung keeps up or surpasses the competition. My overall rating is excellent
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, easy to understand all features

This phone does have a lot of great features

This phone does have a lot of great features plus it pairs with my note pro 12.2, and my friends have one too we love them we share anything new we learn about our phones or new apps that come out. It's fun activities among friends. Wish there were more accessories.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, speakers system could be improved.

I love my note 3 and the features that come with it the battery life is great if the new lollipop update did not kill it so badly. The Samsung and it's customer service is what makes the company worth switching for, I can safely say that Samsung will always be my phone company. Also I am looking forward to getting my new note 4 later on. # Samsungforlife
Pros: Durable, Lightweight, spen, 13 megapixl camera, software, galaxy gear
Cons: not big enough

Love my phone

I so love my phone I'm actually on a weight loss journey and with the feature of the s health on it help me lose 20 pounds so far I love that it count how many steps you take it gives you work outs that times you and show how many calories you have burned I also love the big screen where you can see everything so easily I don't know what I would do without my phone and share my story about my weight loss with this phone with everyone!!!

I have been through three of these phones. first of which was a fluke. the second got ran over by a forklift and still turned on, lit up, made noise, but screen would not turn on. over all a great (durable) all around everything phone.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Too big
I would recommend this to a friend!
