This product needs a better owner operating manual.

I can't understand why so little effort is put into the user's manual being supplied. This is a huge factor influencing the suggestion you may give a friend to buy the Galaxy. If it takes weeks to understand the workings of the equipment, this is certainly a deterrent when recommending a product.

Very good phone for games, camera and video, not to mention fast internet and computing power... A little on the fragile side,our daughter accidentally dropped it out of her pocket and just a slight crack under neath the screen made it inoperable.. Need a good screen protector and case for this one otherwise you will be shelling out good deductible for it to be replaced, other than that.. Pretty good phone

Cons: fragile

This is a great product. this device has amazing storage space and the video display is wonderful. On top of the display, the user interface is people friendly and gorgeous. would definitely recommend.

I love my Galaxy Note 3 i use this for my work and taking the note at my work meetings. I record and take note is one of the best thing Samsung did.

I love my galaxy note 3. I truly believe that its technology was ahead of its time. Technology is always improving by t g e day. I've had this phone for over a year now and still it is far from being out dated.

My favorite phone

I'm a bit of a technology fanatic and the Galaxy Note 3 is the phone I read about and salivated over months before it was released. I wanted a larger phone because what I really wanted was a tablet I could make phone calls with! This phone is perfect. Small enough to operate with one hand (there's even a setting that makes it even easier) but large enough to enjoy games like Angry Birds (you can still see where you're flinging that bird). The battery life is one of the longest out there. I prefer this phone even over my iPhone 5.
