Bought this phone on a whim but I loved it. I would buy this phone a million times over.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

This product has some good and some bad features.

I didn't like that it was not as user friendly as some of the other devices. I also thought there was a lot of duplication of application. I really like how the phone had a microSD card and the built in stylist.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Great Graphics and Super Fast

One of the best smart phones I have owned!!!! This phone has some of the best graphics and is super fast. I will not go in to detail about the phone, but you must try it for yourself to experience the awesomeness.

I'm a techy by nature...I switch to the newest phone a very regular basis. I was waiting for this phone to come out and when it did I wait about 2 months before I went out to purchase it. The look and feel of the phone was nice I like that it was bigger and came with a stylist that I could switch between touch screen and writing. This phone has it all and more.
The apps that came with the phone were also great for instance Google Maps work out app and journal app and S-Note drawing. The update to G maps brought the Maps to a whole another level and directions were on point.
The camera on the phone was okay some pics where clear and others weren’t and it was quiet hard to take selfies if your into that sort of thing because the picture came out very dark. After about 7 months of having this phone it started to have issues. Battery life was not good at all I replaced my battery twice. The phone speakers stop working and T-Mobile replaced the phone with a referb.
The referb also had issues. Kind of the same volume people were always saying they couldn’t hear me or the phone would shut off.
Samsung is a great product nonetheless and would recommend to anyone.

cannot connect to pc

i have note 3 with 4.4.2 . when i connect it to pc through usb it does charging but deos not show the usb icon and cannot be connected or found in PC. i am using win8.1 64bit. i also tried kies but it did not help b/c both the pc and mobile cannot detect each other so help me. thanks
