I would never buy another samsung product again. I would write down all the problems, but my first review was not posted for doing so. Plenty of Youtube videos out on this phone to give you a good look at what you are buying.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, freezes, keyboard bugs, battery life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was actually saving for the note 4 but had to suddenly replace my phone while I was still short on cash. They guys at the store were awesome enough to set me up with this note 3 referb for much less and I'm not sorry I went with it. It's a great phone and has been very useful for my new job. I take all my notes on it and haven't missed my flip out keyboard at all. I will probably upgrade when I get get a chance because who doesn't like new tech but in the mean time I certainly don't feel like I'm using a second rate product.

I have been through three of these phones. first of which was a fluke. the second got ran over by a forklift and still turned on, lit up, made noise, but screen would not turn on. over all a great (durable) all around everything phone.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Too big

I so love my phone I'm actually on a weight loss journey and with the feature of the s health on it help me lose 20 pounds so far I love that it count how many steps you take it gives you work outs that times you and show how many calories you have burned I also love the big screen where you can see everything so easily I don't know what I would do without my phone and share my story about my weight loss with this phone with everyone!!!
