While there are pros and cons to every phone, the biggest pro I can name is the updated S Pen. It's so much better than the Note 2 that it's actually starting to be used whereas I never used it for the Note 2. As for the biggest con, it would have to be battery management. While there is definitely more data capacity in the RAM in the Note 3, it is really bad about maxing it out without first closing down programs that haven't been used in a while. Granted, that's more of a software issue, but on the hardware side it forces the battery to really heat up causing it to drain a lot faster. I finally had to break down and buy an after market battery that has a larger capacity to handle the strain. The only other real disappointment I can see is the visual display. Compared to the Note 2, even in dynamic mode the vibrant colors are so much more crisp on the Note 2 compared to the Note 3.
A great balance between a business phone and personal. The multi task feature or multi window allows you to be both productive and sneak in a few peeks at your social media feed. I had phone for over a year and still barely any lag. Can't wait until the note 5 comes out.
