Replaced older model and can't believe the difference. Easy to use, CLEAN dishes and glassware (no spots), and very quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this unit in December 2015 to match our other stainless steel appliances. We rinse our dishes before placing them in the dishwasher but I immediately noticed any particulates still on the plates would remain on the plates. The glassware always comes out with spots.
We can't use the detergent tray because it does not open appropriately and at the end of the cycle we either find the soap tray did not open during the wash or most of the soap is still in the tray or running down the door. We have tried every major detergent brand but nothing changes. Right now, I wash all my dishes with detergent and sponge before putting then in the dishwasher and use Cascade gel packs. Our glassware, plates, and utensils still come out with detergent stuck on them. In fact, they feel kinda sandy.
We did not have this problem with our prior dishwasher, but we had our water checked anyways. Our water is fine and we do not have hard water. My only conclusion is that it must be this dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is beautiful, high end but not performing without some problems like soap not dispensing fully, dishes not spotless.

This came with the house I had built and it leaked immediately. The thing that spins and shoots water had a crack in the side and was spraying water sideways causing the leak. It can't fit a baking sheet in it either. The only good thing is that it's quiet.

I am most unhappy with this dishwasher. It sounds as though it is dying; the dishes do not get clean and the silverware baskets started falling apart less than a month after it was installed.

overall this dishwasher is ok but occasionally fails to get everything clean, drying cycle does not dry top shelf items, wine glass holders do not hold my wine glasses and would rather it not be there at all

Cleans like a charm! Even dried crusted pans come out sparkling clean. Dishwasher is use almost everyday. Haven't handwashed dishes since this was installed.
