This dishwasher was installed by our builder two months ago yet have had two service calls. First try sent water spewing across hardwoods and washed dishes by hand for a month. Utensil racks fall off. Hard to load. Few features. Constantly turns on anytime the door is closed. Very unsatisfactory product given the GE reputation. Will absolutely replace soon with another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great at washing dishes

1. Unable to properly tighten Hose fitting by hand. (Needs to be able to tighten with a wrench.)

I bought this when I need to replace my GE Profile. I like the way it loads. It seems to hold more dishes than my former model. It cleans well and is simple to operate. You can hardly tell it is running.
I do miss having a separate quick rinse cycle. Since i live alone it can be several days before I run a complete cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cleans dishes

The biggest problem I have with this dishwasher is is it is leaking. I just haven't had time to call the repair guy. It still under warranty. The silverware basket is tricky to get on sometimes

Great new dishwasher

We upgraded to this dishwasher after our old GE model, installed by our homebuilder, finally broke down after 12 years of good service. This model is much quieter and efficient as well as stylish. We are very happy with it. Hope it lasts at least as long as the old one!
