Not what I expected

I bought this a couple months ago and have been disappointed. I purchased this to aesthetically replace my old dishwasher of 15+ years. I like the look, but I'm not super happy with the performance. I continually need to rerun the wash cycle, due to soap dispenser not opening during wash.
The exterior front is not very sturdy and feels flimsy. I'm worried about it denting.

Good but needs a few adjustments

Only used once but the heated dry option did not dry dishes at all and when I put silverware in bottom basket utensil holder it falls/tips over.

Super happy with this dishwasher! it is soon quiet compared to my previous one. It has tons of space and I love that straws and sippy cup parts don't fall thru from the top drawer or out of the baskets!

Worst Dishwasher I ever owned

Purchased this dishwasher a while ago from a big box store (first mistake). It has been the worst dishwasher I've ever owned. The design of the silverware holder looked convenient but it's anything but. If utensils aren't placed just right the door won't close to run. Also, the soap dispenser fails to open at the correct cycle time and the dishes come out soap filmed. It also runs forever and doesn't clean well unless the sanitize cycle is selected. A repairman was called and he told us to run the water in the faucet to bring up to hot and maybe that would help - ridiculous! This dishwasher is an irritant every time I use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
