Was not sure but went ahead and it is all I had hoped for. So quiet I had to place my hand on it to feel vibration. Glasses and dishes came out beautifully. Yes, went beyond my expectations. I like the ample silverware capacity and movable shelves.
Installer should have put rinse aid in as it is a little different. Would be instructive.

This has been excellent so far. I keep testing items that don't seem like they'll come clean and they do! Looks good, is quiet, and I like the layout. Holds a lot.

Does not clean dishes

I rinse my dishes before I load them, then turn on dishwasher. I use only Cascade and Jet Dry. My dishes have particles on them and I have to rewash by hand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

stacking racks

I do not like the stacking racks. Glasses fall down when you open or close because they are not on a flat surface.. Lower racks are too tight for bowls i.e salad or cereal. Poorly designed in my opinion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the racks are not the best/ the installation the drain hose adapters are limited more adapters could be provided

I love how it's so quiet. Sometime I think I forget to turn on the dishwasher. My husband did good job for choosing this dishwasher.
