Nightmare of a dishwasher

We got it 8 months ago the dishes have not been clean,end up hand washing. The coffee cups would still have coffee ring around top that you can see. Silverware will have to be picked thru. The bowls in bottom you couldn't see it but you could fill they were not clean. So we had to hand wash them. Sometime the soap dispenser don't open an when it does the soap just runs down the door an settles in bottom. We had started wiping them before we put them in there, but just because you can't see it doesn't mean its not there, when you're looking at that soap just laying in bottom. Service guys couldn't find anything wrong. On one of those service calls I had a load that had done been washed 3 times an he got to see the dirty dishes. He wrote a report. So they were sending a different guy /company out to take a look. The FLIMSY DOOR that want line up to close is something else. But I could deal with that if it cleaned the dishes. I don't think it has enough pressure to even rinse the soap in to the machine. So no pressure = dirty dishes. An there not dry at end of cycle so hand dry an pick thru them. Been on phone with them since 2 weeks after we got it an several service calls. They are finally going to replace it. Been on here trying to find a replacement but am afraid to choose. Trying to read the reviews an make an informed decision. It is VERY QUIET.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very quiet dishwasher, cleans well , you do have to use a rinse aide or the heated dry does not get everything dry.

The unit was reasonably priced, and runs very quietly. The installation took about 20 minutes.

I'm somewhat disappointed with the thickness of the stainless because it dents easily. The length of the cycles are much longer than my previous models but it cleans very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
