Worst dishwsaher I have ever owned

I bought this in April (along with a side by side fridge/freezer,microwave,RO filtration system and electric range all by GE) but it was not installed in my FL condo (2nd residence) until October. I did not use it until December. The glasses come out cloudy, there is always residual washing crystals or gel running down the inside of the door when the cycle is ended, the only decent cleaning occurs when using the heavy setting with the boost even for a light load. I feel this may be simply a defective unit so I am looking into having it serviced. All the other GE appliances are working well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have only had this dishwasher for a week, but I really like it so far. It is extremely quiet, washes very well, and can fit thoughts of dishes.

I read several unflattering reviews and almost decided to not buy this model. I am very happy I did buy it. It's quiet, very efficient, has great extra settings to get REALLY clean dishes and pots. Plenty of room for a lot of stuff. Do to kitchen construction, we had to run the dishwasher about 7 or 8 times back to back when we first got it. Perfect each time. It's great

Bought this a few months ago. did not take a lot of time to check it out , Probably would not have bought it if I had. Very small compared to the one I had, which was only 2 years old. The silverware rack placement is awful and you have to rearrange the silverware to make the door close. also the way its vented it always leaves a puddle on the floor. would not recommend.

I LOVE this Dishwasher

We bought this dishwasher a few weeks ago, and we couldn't be happier. It gets the dishes sparkling clean and is extremely quiet. We have an open kitchen/floor plan and we barely can hear it running. We love the hard food disposal feature. It is definitely worth the money.

Persistent troubles

The dishwasher often leaves detergent unused. The only solution seems to be for us to set our water heater to a scalding 140 degrees. Then the detergent almost always dissolves. When it does, our dishes come out very clean. Two design flaws: the upper rack doesn't slide out far enough to easily insert items at the back, and there is no rinse only cycle.

Looks good and holds alot of dishes

It cleans well but I have one issue with the soap dispenser and that there's always a little soap left over in the slot. It doesn't empty fully and sometimes I have to wash twice because it doesn't open at all.

Excellent layout that allows for many dishes to fit easily. I love the stainless steel interior. Dishes clean very well and the cycle runs very quietly. Very satisfied with the dishwasher.
