Ibought this a month ago , ran good for the first three times,and the fourth and fifth time water would not drain,left in bottom of tub !

Worst purchase ever

This is probably the worst appliance I have ever purchased. The front door has difficulty closing due to the placement of the silverware basket. 90% of the time the soap does not dispense out of the door to wash and clean. I've used both liquid and the packs both and it still doesn't work properly. Every time, there are a few forks, plates etc. that didn't get clean and I am the person that rinses off dishes before putting them in the dishwasher and it still can't clean properly. This was a huge disappointment and will never buy another GE product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awful appliance

This dishwasher is appallingly bad. It holds very few dishes, neither the glassware nor the dishes remain upright, it does not clean adequately, and it takes forever to complete the cleaning cycle. In addition, after less than a month, the surrounding cheap plastic frame is chipped. This dishwasher is a disgrac.

VERY VERY disappointed

Very disappointed, purchased Oct. 2018. After only 13 months the dishwasher will not drain. Prior to this the GE microwave malfunctioned about on month past the warranty experiation. GE used to stand for value and quality. Can you or will you help me remedy the diswasher dilema

About to fail after 4 yrs just like the others

I'm at this site looking up parts and diagrams after the dishwasher is showing symptoms of the UI board about to fail, and lo and behold I'm seeing several reviews by rightly upset customers who have owned this washer for about four years, which is the same timeline as mine. We generally expect these appliances to last at least 7-10 years, and here we are stuck with a poorly engineered product.

Awful product with control panel issues

This is an awful product! After 4 years of use the control panels are faulty and need to be replaced...twice in 2 months! I will never buy another GE product

Wouldn’t buy again

It’s always been some issue with this dishwasher. First it randomly started beeping when not in use, which was every once in a while but never stopped. Then it just stopped working one day when we loaded it up and hit start. It came back on its own a couple of days later. But after a while it died again. Now I’m expecting a baby any day and this is the last thing I want to deal with.
