Complete Stainless Steel Interior - Top Efficiency

We upgraded from Model GDF540HSF2SS to Model GDF570SSF2SS. This Model packs and delivers the Operational Efficiency expected from GE. It is priced right, extremely quiet beyond belief and leave nothing more to ask for in a Premier Model Dishwasher. Nice going GE!!!

Does a good job cleaning, and the dish layout is roomy and efficient. My only complaint is that the silverware doesn't get as clean in the top rack holder.

The front handle feel cheap and the washer cycles are to lond. I used the dry cycle,and that did even work.

Squeaky clean dishes, but...

The dishes sparkle. No problem there. However, if you aren't supposed to put knives in the bottom front basket, why put a basket there at all? Also, there seems to be more moisture inside after the dishes dry than there should be. The unit started out very quiet, but has gotten a little noisier.

It's OK - Fair to Average Product

I bought this dishwasher a little over a month ago. For the amount I paid for the unit I haven't been overwhelmingly impressed by its ability to clean or some of its design features. The second time I ran the unit, the soap dispenser still had soap remaining in it (and I don't even fill the dispenser to the top - a little over 1/3). The design of the door makes it difficult to determine whether the unit is actually closed (you don't hear the door latch shut), and I have found the ring indicating that the door is shut is inconsistent. My old GE dishwasher seemed to allow more space between plates in the bottom section and allowed for taller glass sizes on the top rack. I also find that, despite selecting the drying options, I still end up having to dry bowls and cup bottoms by hand or open the door to the unit to let the dishes dry out completely. The unit is reasonably quiet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the silverware trays in front

The spray never seems to hit the soap dispenser or lower door very well as it's always a mess. Super quiet dishwasher. It's hard to tell it's running. Good looking unit and easy to operate.
