Overall, I am happy with this dishwasher. It cleans the dishes well and is extremely quiet when it is running. You have to be sure that the soap dispenser is completely dry before placing the soap packet in. Otherwise, it won't dispense completely. The racks are built well, and items fit nicely on them. I also like the design of the silverware racks which are placed in front.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had this machine for 4 weeks. Other than I might have bought the one with tines that lay down. It is a great machine. We love the wine glass feature and the silverware caddy.

Better than my old Maytag.

I bought this dishwasher to replace a Maytag. The Maytag was terrible, didn't clean and we had repaired it twice before giving up and buying this GE. I've had this dishwasher for about 2 1/2 months. It is super quiet. Cleans pretty good but it does have a few flaws. The silverware holder is on the front of the rack by the door. If you load it wrong it will block the soap container from opening. It doesn't dry very well but I don't use the heated dry feature.The racks could be set up better, to wide in spots and to narrow in others. Takes a little time to get to know how to load it so everything gets clean. Overall I would buy this dishwasher again.

We like the auto sensor setting a lot. Only drawback for us is the design of the flatware basket. Pulls off easily if you try to grab for the rack to pull rack out. Also, the shape of handles on our flatware doesn't fit into the divider covers. We removed them. ++ very quiet operation.

Settings are basic, but the dishwasher does a great job clean even a very full load. My favorite feature is the tall upper rack. Even the tallest glasses fit without any trouble.

This dishwasher doesn't clean, doesn't dry and takes forever to do this.
