Spotty dishes and soap doesn't all dispense

I have been slightly disappointed with this as everything has to be perfectly positioned for the soap to dispense. I even purchased the detergent that the manual recommended. I have never had to look at instructions to load a dishwasher before. The top fills up much quicker as many more things have to go into that rack.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't clean dishes & bad rack design

I almost always have to run the dishwasher twice to get the dishes clean and since the wash cycle is nearly 3 hours it becomes an all day event. The rack is also bad. None of the dishes seem to fit. I hate having the the silverware on the front of racks. The silverware seems to prevent the soap dispenser from opening properly. Also there is no quick wash cycle which would be especially handy since the first wash on normal doesn't clean the dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
