installed at the end of july with new kitchen renovation. Much easier to load, find that dishes are getting clean but do have to constantly double check the silverware. Its the silver dividers that hold the silver ware upright. The water stream must not be getting to all of the areas. Glasses seem to be clean but i use the rinse aid solution every time. I LOVE that it is so quiet. Entire family has noticed the lower level of sound coming from the machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Difficult to load, knives and forks aren't cleaned

hard to place large items so they will be cleaned. They also block the spray form the cutlery baskets.

I bought this appliance in April and it works great. Occasionally, I have problems with residue remaining on the outside of the glasses. It's like they didn't rinse properly but the glasses can be in any spot in the rack and it only happens to one or two. It's doesn't happen everyday.
