utensil and flat ware area very unhandy

Overall it cleans dishes very well however the front area for utensils is very unhandy and many times your spoons and forks do not fit in the areas. When inserts are removed then the utensils interfere with door and have scratched the surface while washing is in progress. Not a great design..

Problem Dishwasher

In a little over two months and being used 6 or 7 times, we have had a factory rep replace the 'control panel' & just yesterday the 'heating element'......this is not acceptable for an appliance that my wife has not been able to use a total of four weeks since we have had the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Valve broke within 4 weeks

We had a valve leak within 4 weeks of installation. the warranty is covering it, but we've now been without a dishwasher while the part is ordered for almost a month.

Not happy

Purchased dishwasher December 2017. The only good feature is that it's quiet. It only cleans the dishes if they are pre-washed; I have to prop up the plastic cup flap or it won't stay up; I cannot put anything on the bottom rack in the front - soap dispenser won't dissolve (kind of a waste of space); I bought this model for the heated drying feature - they're still wet; I cannot use auto sense mode - after 3 hours of washing cups it never finished. It is pretty sad for the money I spent to have to learn all these quirks to even use it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible layout inside

Regardless of which way I put my bowls they always flip upside down and fill with water. The tines/separators on the bottom should be angled to help hold them in place, this is the worst dishwasher I’ve ever had. That said the top rack is just fine.
Dishwasher came with our new home so did not have an option :-(

Broken Water Temp Button

It was a good dishwasher for four times that we used it in 5 weeks. Then the Water Temp button decided not to function. Thank goodness that it is still on warranty, as we am now having a GE tech come out to fix it.
It seems that now a day no products are made to work for long let alone to last. Our first dishwasher had round dials and it was gong strong for over 30 years. Then I got one that only lasted for 5 1/2 years and now this one that has problems after 5 weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
