Good looking, but disappointing performance.

We are a little disappointed with the performance of this dishwasher. Most annoying is that dishes come out still wet. We have tried every setting, but still have to use a towel. Also, we usually end up with at least one dish that did not get clean. For the money, I was expecting better!

This dishwasher has the makings of being a great model, but is average upon delivery. The cycle times are somewhat longer than average, and often times I am finding we have to wash dishes two and three times to get them clean.
Overall, I would rate this dishwasher as "okay".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Many features. No operational problems. One quirk is in the install when you apply the sound insolation at the top. No cut-out to bolt underneath counter.

Does the job, no big complaints

We looked for quite awhile at various dishwashers and finally settled on this model. Like the way it looked, had received good reviews and claimed to be quiet during operation. After having used it for a few months now, this is what I have found. First, it does get the dishes cleaned, we have had very few times when we have had to run a dish through a second time. Second, it is very quiet, I love that about this model. Third, we run more cycles than previous DW and this is because there is less space. The design of this model puts the silverware in the front... of both racks. This eliminates some much needed dish space. You can get two baking sheets in this model, however, if feeding four people and taking their dishes along with the associated cookware, you cannot get it all in the DW in one load. So, we end up running multiple loads... it's like we cannot catch-up. Overall, good DW, I just wish I had a purchased a model with slightly more room for pots / pans.

I purchased this in June. It is very quiet but if I put a detergent pack (vs liquid detergent) in the door, it does not entirely dissolve during the cycle. I have to toss it in the dishwasher and hope it does the job.
