Beautiful, efficient, and quiet! But use packets!

It's beautiful, quiet, and does an excellent job at cleaning...but don't use liquid detergent. I had some left over from my previous dishwasher and the directions said it was ok to use so I did. I found that with the liquid detergent it didn't fully get used. Most of it was still left over and was dripping down the inner portion of the door. Maybe there was a plate or container that blocked the water? I did it again with only upright plates, it was better, but still a little residue. So, in. The directions said the preferred method for cleaning was the packets. I used the one that came with my dishwasher and it was awesome. Clean, dry, spotless. So, if you have left over liquid detergent, give it away and get the packets.
So, it's super quiet, cleans great with recommended detergent, dries everything well, and has room for a good amount of things to be washed. We love it and we would recommend it very highly!

I purchased this dishwasher along with a fridge, gas stove and microwave. I use the dishwasher the least. The cycles are extremely long using too much water therefore not as energy efficient as I thought it should be. I use the racks as my dish drying rack most of the time to conserve just a bit more water. The loading of the utensil trays are very specific otherwise the door will not close. Although cycles are quiet when running.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this dishwasher on 4/30/2014 and love it so far. It has clean lines and I love the stainless steele interior and how quiet it is.

All of my dishes have come out clean and dry with just a quick rinse before putting them in, even though I only run the dishwasher 2 or 3 times a week. It's quiet and I thought it was a good value for a washer with a stainless interior. It doesn't have as many cycles as some more expensive models, but I don't really miss them.

I purchased this unit about a week ago, and love it. It is so much quitter then our last dishwasher you cant even tell its running. Dishes come out clean and the glasses are spot free and look brand new. This is a great machine, so glad we went with GE.
