Some issues.

I don't like the garden hose style water supply connection which started leaking
the day after the dishwasher was installed, flooding my kitchen. I don't like the
detergent dispenser door which stuck shut and caused the detergent inside to
harden like a brick. I had to carefully remove the hardened detergent to not
damage the dispenser. After those two issues were repaired, the dishwasher
functions great.

Not so great

So far, we are not impressed with our purchase and wish I had my old one back. The dishes are either wet or dirty when they are done. Not all of them, but quite a few. Anywhere from silverware to glasses to bowls. It doesn't seem to matter which rack the dish was on. I have yet to do a load and be able to put all of the dishes away without being re-washed. I do love the fact that it is super quiet. Will read printed manual and see if there is anything else that we can do to make it satisfactory.

Disappointing!

Bought 2 months ago and it looks great but has not met any cleaning expectations we had hoped for. No kind of oil or butter comes off even on longest and hottest settings. Dry cycle is a joke, wet as it started. Tried different detergents and rinse aids. Very close to calling them to please replace it. It was professionally installed.

Very Poor Performance

As most positive reviews have stated, this dishwasher is quiet. But, that is its only positive. The door latch is terrible. I had a repairman out the day of installation because I could not get the door to latch. The latch loosens with time but then I wonder - how long before it won't latch at all. The wash cycle does NOT clean the dishes. I thoroughly wash all the dishes off before loading. The inside is small! I cannot load very many dishes and the top rack is poorly designed - you cannot easily put two rows of glasses on each side because the interior row is slightly narrower than the outer row. And, the worst attribute of this dishwasher is it does NOT dry dishes! I have tried all the recommended GE "fixes". Nothing works. The dishes are so wet they do not dry overnight. The rinse cycle must use cold water. I would NEVER recommend this product nor will I ever buy another! Now, I have to suffer this awful thing for 5-7 years!

TOP DRAWER WONT STAY OPEN TO LOAD.
