Guaranteed to Fail

This dishwasher is pretty much guaranteed to fail between 3 to 4 years. The control board will go out and the replacements will keep breaking until you replace the entire dishwasher . Currently, the control board are out of stock and ETA is two months. This is not a quality product, don’t give GE your money.

Not to buy again

Terrible product, although I prefer American made & that is why I trusted GE appliance. But next time I will buy Samsung or other products which can last longer and give me ROI. Only used twice and it stopped working

Piece of crap!

We have had this dishwasher about 3 years...never used more than twice a week, and today it died. No lights, no sounds, NOTHING! Bought a whole kitchen of GE appliances at the same time. Refrigerator has had repairs twice already, and anticipate a third soon if the ice maker stops again! GE certainly didn't bring good things to life in my kitchen! Never again, GE!!!

Broke down 5 times

Control board had to be replaced four times in five months. After the fifth breakdown I had enough and threw the machine away. Next door neighbor had the same problem and solved it the same way.

Bought this five years ago along with a full kitchen of GE appliances. Dishwasher is going to cost me over 50% of original purchase price just to buy parts to fix it. Haven’t paid for the technician yet. I will not repairing it. I will not be replacing it with another GE product. Fridge has been repaired once under extended warranty from retailer. Not from GE. Oven has been repaired twice under retailer’s warranty as well. I don’t recommend buying anything from GE.
