I have only run this dishwasher twice, since installation, but WOW is it quiet (I have check to make sure it's running)!! Now I only gave this 4 stars as, with this new D/S, the inside of my dark brown coffee mugs still have a white residue (as did. my older, noisier, cheaper D/W), although I am using a rinse agent. Now, I do use coffee creamer and that may be the problem. We are on a well, have a soft water system, and do NOT have high-water pressure, which may or may not be the problem. However, dishes do come out sparkling! Until I do more research, to find out why I get the white residue inside my mugs, I'll simply wipe the insides of my mugs with a clean dishtowel.

This washer gets my dishes sparkling clean. It is soooooo quiet I can't tell it is running. Lots of room for plenty of dishes. Has an easily removed filter for cleaning. If I had known how happy I was going to be with this washer I would not have waited until my ****** broke down. Much, much better than ******. It is the best I have ever seen.
