It has some good features that I appreciate such as very quiet. There is a lot of available space to place large items. I am a little disappointed in the lower rack as it slips easily off the door when it is pulled out completely and some of the materials

Horrible dishwasher!

This dishwasher was installed new into my condo when I bought the condo. Not only does it take 3hours to wash the dishes and often does not dry effectively, it keeps tripping the breaker switch. It started doing it when I moved in so I had an electrician review the wiring. He took the dishwasher off the circuit so could say for sure it wasn't the wiring. The condo was built to new electrical codes so everything is updated. It trips every 5min such that I don't feel comfortable continuing to use it. I would NEVER buy another GE appliance again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gets dishes clean, but....

Runs for almost 3 hours! That is one hour longer than our previous dishwasher. Is this normal? Also, after we had the dishwasher for about a week, we noticed a crack on the face of the machine, directly in front of the handle that you use to pull the door open.
