The product did not perform well. If you purchase this product, you must run the faucet for until you get hot water, then you can start this water saving dishwasher. The manual confirms that you must do this…not my opinion.

Flimsy trays, frequently falls off track. Cleaning is fairly good however, when cycle is finished items are still soaking wet.

I researched for a long time on this dishwasher looking for a good fit for our growing busy family. It had all the features I wanted.
1. Leaks and clogs constantly.... I don't think the food grinder works. and I have puddles on my floor 4 times in the last 5 month because the dishwasher wont drain
2. Does NOT clean dishes. There is always a film, the silverware does not clean, the glassware ALWAYS has particles stuck on it
3. The soap dispenser does not work. Detergent brick is always stuck in the holder... I just had to resort to throwing it in the bottom because it wouldn't even use the soap because it would be stuck in the door.
4. Takes FOREVER to clean and half the dishes are so dirty I have to rewash
5. First year repair guy came out 2xs
6. I rated features the way I did because while there are a lot of them they aren't any good because the dishwasher doesn't work
Replacing this and not buying GE again... this is a terrible dishwasher and has caused more headaches and really has slowed down my kitchens efficiency
