Had another brand of shaver yrs ago, which was pretty good. Thought I'd give Norelco a try these many yrs later. Fund that it didn't compare AT ALL w/ the one I had back then.
Takes too long to shave my face. Doesn't begin to shave me close enough for A DAY. Have to keep going over and over the same area, just to catch and cut the hairs. Tried all the movements one can do to get the job done (up and down, back and forth, circle motions). Nothing really helped, just had to spend the time working my face over and over. Took over 7 min. avg., each time/day. Could have shaved w/ blade and lather in half the time and gotten a smoother cleaner shave w/ NO stubble at all. Once over two directions and I’d be done for the day.
Sorry…., I just don’t care for ‘this type’ of shaver. Plan to send it back, now that I’ve tried it for 4 weeks. And ask for my money back, like the warranty states.

Gives a clean smooth close shave.Very easy to clean just take off the head and run under water or use the brush that comes with it.The charge light comes on when its ready to charge.Just plug it in and put it on charging stand to charge.You get 10 to 15 shaves on one charge.

Close shave but could be smoother

When I first used the shave it was smooth and easy to cover the contours of my neck and face. Particularly liked the swivel head and easy cleaning. The only drawback for me was the shaver does not "glide" smoothly as it once did but still remains the best I have used in electric shavers.
Pros: flex/pivot head

I have used a norelco for many years. I dropped my old one and replaced it with this one. I was surprised how much better this one shaves. Iwould reccomend it to all.
Pros: very comfortable to use
Cons: the clip that holds the blades is a bit clumsy

Great for acne prone skin

I have used this shaver for approx 2 months and it has really helped my mild acne on my face. Traditional razors just caused irration and scrapped at existing acne--making it hard to go away and causing discoloration/ scarring. This shaver works will using shaving cream (never tried it dry) and I would highly recommend due to the decrease in irration. My only complaint (and this is very minimal) is that this shaver tends to irratate my neck because you need to push down hard to get a close shave on the curvey areas of the neck. For my neck, I still use a traditional razor. Overall, exceptional product and you can find them at Walmart/ Target for less than the msrp.

I have been very pleased by the ease and comfort of this razor. It shaves close and does not give me any razor burn. I have never used it wet because I don't believe it will stay sharp as long if I do.
Pros: battery holds up well
Cons: plastic cover broke easily

Very nice shaver follows the shape of your face nicenelyl and very close shave The onley down fall it does not stay sharp as loong as I would like to see.
