I've been using the triple head Norelco shaver for over 25 years and must admit the SensoTouch results are better than any other model I've used. However, the loss of the trimmer being built into the razor is somewhat of an inconvenience because you have to change heads as oppose to just flipping the trimmer up. I like the result but I'll go back to the model that alows you to trim without changing heads.
Pros: superior shaving results
Cons: separate cutting heads

My old Norelco is my Fathers hand me down. The new Norelco is twice the shaver and shaves very close and comfortable

I thought your improved design would shave closer than it does for me--and I have a fairly light facial hair. The trimmer attachment IS easy to use.
Pros: easy to use and clean
Cons: doesn't shave well

Worst Shave Ever

I have used Norelco shavers in the past and have been satisfied. I have been using a competitor's wet/dry for the past six years or so. That unit finally gave out and I ordered a replacement of the competitor's brand. I still had my old Norelco and had to use it while waiting for the replacement to come. I was really, really happy with the shave I was getting from the old Norelco so I ordered the 6100 in hopes I would be equally happy. Well, I have tried every technique, pre-shave, wet and dry. You name it and I have tried it. The razor just does not glide over my face - I have to force the shaver to move over my face. Don't know what the problem is - the old Norelco glides easily - wet and dry. So, this Norelco is going to be returned. I can't recommend this model. Maybe you will have better luck.

FOR A VERY QUICK SHAVE. IF I WANT CLOSER SHAVE I USE A
LATHER AND SHAVE WET. IT IS WONDERFUL. IF I AM GOING TO

Several times head comes of razor. Seems to be an engineering fault
