Great features, easy to clean, long battery life and quiet operation!

I would highly recommend this to anyone who is attempting to convert from a manual razor like I did. So easy to use, and a nice clean shave wet or dry! I have sensitive skin and find that I dont break out with razor bumps like I used to with a manual.
Pros: easy to use, less irritation after shave, wet or dry use, long battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Razor is a step up from my previous Norelco, I use it four or five times per week, and I really enjoy it!

I am disappointed at this razor's performance

I have used Norelco razors for more than thirty years and can not believe that a 2012 or 2013 razor was no better than my razor from the 1980's. My original cordless from back then just died about five years ago. It had been refurbished only once and worked well until it wouldn't hold a charge anymore. I bought a less expensive model to replace it and it was a little more than adequate, as I needed touch up trims with a safety razor. A year ago or so, I bought the Norelco SensoTouch 3D, model 1250X. I replaced the blades after a years use and found very little improvement in the shave, wet or dry. In fact, I accidentally bought new blades for my older razor which I was going to take back, but instead I tried them to compare them to the SensoTouch. To my surprise, the older one worked better.
Cons: older is better
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're glad to hear that you feel the older one works better. However, if you are unsatisfied with the shaving performance of the current shaver, we request you to contact your local Consumer Care: http://www.support.philips.com/support/contact/contact_page.jsp?userLanguage=en&userCountry=us

Works great and easy to reach most part of the face. Dont have to worry about cuts or scratches. But it is hard find the blades.

Now that my fourth or fifth set of batteries are dying I thought it might be possible to upgrade and use the march of technology. If my face was flat and only flat this shaver did a nice job. You still had to pull the skin tight and swirl against the grain but the result was good. If I had a lot of time to dedicate to shaving in the morning or wanted to spend a lot of time this would be a good razzer. Sadly when it came time to do the upper lip or along the jaw there was too much hardware in the way. This caused the blades to be space further apart than a regular triple head and it looked like when my kids would mow the lawn. Strips of whiskers standing proudly in defiance of a lot of money spent. I did like the power this thing seemed to have. It would twist ever so slightly in your hand when powered up and it would be nice if Phillips could put that in one of the normal shavers they make. This thing with the big head on a stalk always worried me. When was it going to take a bite?
Pros: shaves flat areas smooth, feels powerful
Cons: only shaves flat areas smooth, the head seems fragile, the head is large when doing lips and corners
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
