Excellent feel to it and close shave.

The shaving head is difficult to clean. When removing the head, the rubber boot comes off and the ring. One time the covering, O ring and a spring came off the head. I called Phillips to find out how to put it back and they send me a new head without charge, standing behind their product. However, even the new one, the rubber comes off and with it the O ring. You also need to be careful in cleaning the blade because there is a small spring in the center holding up ? and it can spring out. I don't understand why the rubber boot cannot be sealed or glued, and the small spring be attached to the gizmo. Further, you can't take the combs out to clean them as in the older models.
Pros: add a pro

Shaving Head

The shaver works extremely well over the face and neck, but under the nose and sideburns there are minor issues. The shaver head design needs a little improvement. The cutter heads need to be placed closer to the edge of the shaver head or less extra material surrounding the cutter heads. That way you can move the shaver where you want it to cut. Shaving under the nose misses hair under the center of the nose and when shaving at the sideburns, you kind of guess where the cutters are.

This razor gives a great shave and is easy to use and clean

I've had this razor for about 4 months and it's great! Gives a super-close shave and its ergonomic design makes it extremely easy to get to the hard places - neck, chin. Cleaning it is easy - just rinse under hot water. It charges quickly, and the charge lasts for up to 2 weeks under normal use. Only room for improvement is on the clipper, which is a bit small.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks funny but gives a very comfortable shave. Light weight, charges fast. Easy to use.

Cons: wish you could charge directly needs stand, no battery indicator

Unreal. Super pricy, yes - but worth each and every penny.
If it died tomorrow, I'd have to buy another one - no other razor comes close, gents. BUY IT.
Pros: the best razor ever., (it really is.)
Cons: it's expensive., (but worth every penny.)

i'e been a norelco user for 50 or more years, and this is the best shver I have ever used. The design and ease of handling is excellent.

the ease of removing the head and cleaning it, with or without water keeps the blades sharp and allows for a close shave. The amount of time the charge lasts is a lot better than any other norelco shaver I have owned.
Pros: ease of handling, blades move with the shape of face, closeness to skin
Cons: none so far
