Easy to use & closest shave.

This shaver has great features. It gives a closer shave than my previous Norelco shavers. When I finish shaving, I open up the shaving heads and rinse clean with hot water--no longer waiting until I have free time to take the heads apart and clean with a brush. I have noticed no facial burn after shaving , It was a great Father's Day gift!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good trimmer, not so good triple head.

Have had a few of your shavers in the past and always felt that the shaver head did a great job but I felt that the trimmers were not very good. With this new shaver it is just the opposite. For the first time the trimmer is great, but from the first time I used it the triple head does a poor job. I have to go over the same area several extra times to get a decent shave and it takes about twice as long as with previous of your company. I am glad that you made the trimmer much better but wish your triple head was still as good as others I have had. I have had so many good ones in the past I think I would still get another when I need one

This is a very expensive wet/dry shaver that's worth every penny.

I have used this shaver with shaving cream, with skin lotion, and dry. Even dry, I get a clean shave with no razor burn, but with skin lotion and warm water I get a fantastic shave and moisturized skin, to boot.
Pros: works well as a dry razor.

I love the shave I get with this product, but it has one drawback. beard clippings sometime filter out of the shaving head onto my clothes.
Pros: easy to use and close painless shave
Cons: razor clippings fall out of the head.

THE SHAVER IS GREAT BUT THE CHARGING STAND IS A VERY BAD DESIGN

The engineers that designed the shaver did a great job. It works much better than my older model and gives me a good shave. with no bleeding.
The charging stand, however is a lemon. It must have been designed by a last minute amateur that never even tried to test it. More specifically, the 4 miniature suction cups at the bottom of the stand are a joke. Any one with a half brain would immediately realize that even on a perfectly flat piece of glass the suction cups COULD NOT possibly hold the vacuum for one minute.
The result is that when you try to pickup the shaver, the stand comes with it forcing you to hold the stand with one hand while you pickup the shaver with the other hand.
Shame on NORELCO for this design problem. I believe that to preserve the reputation of the company, Norelco should recall the stand get the problem fixed.

High-priced but worth it.

Excellent on all counts. If you use a blade you'll need to give yourself at least 3 weeks using this only for your skin to soften or you'll think it's no good. If you use an older electric, go gently at first with this. You don't need to press and if you do you'll burn your skin. It's sharp, gentle, quiet, smooth and gives a really close shave: As good as a blade without the nicks and hassle.
