The Product shaves with ease, is quick, and is thorough.

The product meets all of the expectations for which the product was advertised, It shaves both the long hair and short hair clean and comfortable. I would not ask for a more confortable and effective shave.
Pros: effective, speedy
Cons: expensive

Best Electric I've Used

I been using electric shavers for over 20 years and this razor is the best Phillips/Norelco I've ever owned. Whether shaving dry or wet, expect a very close shave. Using a foam shave cream on my medium beard, I can achieve the closeness of a traditional 3-4 blade razor. A dry shave is only slightly less close. It is super easy to clean and holds a charge for 2+ weeks. The only drawback is that the trimmer sits behind the blades which obscure the view if the trimmer. Pop off the blade head and problem is solved!
Pros: excellent job on tough places like chin., easy to maneuver, very close shave, easy to clean, excellent battery charge life
Cons: obscured view of trimmer, costly replacement blades

In my previous Norelco:, the trimmer was much easier to use. This one although it has 2 settings, is much more difficult.

Great shave, clippings make a mess on the counter every time.

Best shave yet by an electric...small shave clippings make a mess every time.
I just got it and haven't had a problem with this yet but the way it recharges by small leads on each make me nervous that they will eventually fail. Would have preferred the chord plug directly into the shaver.
Pros: best closest cleanest shave ever by an electric
Cons: clippings make a bigger mess than my last shaver, hope the charger doesn't fail

Excellent shave - great design - charging stand is a pain for travel

I have had this type of electric shaver for many decades and this one provides the best shave possible. The charging stand is a pain due to the design; it does not fit into the shaver case and is terrible to pack and travel.
Pros: excellent shave
Cons: terrible charging stand for travel

The shaver is well designed, easy to handle, easy to clean, feels great on my face, works the contours of my face very well. Cannot believeI waited so long to replace my old shaver. I hope I get many smooth years of shaqving with this product, and won't be dissapointed down the line.

I am 88 years old and have been using electric razors since I was 18 (a long time ago). I have owned & used a great variety of razors & this SensoTouch is by far the best. I later bought on of your Jet cleaners and absolutely love it. I am now a Norelco fan.
Pros: my wi9fe keeps admiring the jet cleaner.
