Very easy to use, it's especially easy with hairs that lie next to the skin, not all in the same direction. There may be better razors on the market, but if so estimate their cost at five or six times more. This is a razor that almost all beards should be comfortable with and it is well worth a try

I think the shaver is the best. I gave it a good rating instead of excellent on perfomance because the side burn trimmer leaves a little to be desired. It is difficult to extend and retract the sideburn trimmer. It also has to be held at just the right angle to do a good job of "squaring up" your sideburns.
Pros: the shaver is the best.
Cons: the trimmer needs work

Very Nice Shaver, Good Power, I Don,t Like The Craddle For Charging The Unit I would Rather Plug Into The Shaver As My Old Norelco Shaver...
Pros: easy to hang on to..
Cons: don't like the trimmer as much as my old norelco

I am disappointed with the short useful life of the heads. After only 6 months of use, I am on my 2nd head. This head also shows signs of wear and doesn't shave as close as it did when it was new. I clean my razor after every use. I have also soaked the heads in your head cleaning solution but that didn't seem to improve the cutting performance any. I don't have a tough beard and can get by with shaving every other day.
Pros: it's easy to change the heads., the design of the razor is excellent!
Cons: have to change the heads to often.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very skeptical of claim by manufacturer of products performance. After having used it on a regular basis I am extremely pleased with the results after each shave, the ease of cleaning, and ability to use either in a dry or wet shave. The longevity of the power supply and quick charge capability exceeds my requirements. At first I wasn't keen with the design but have found it to be ergonomicaly sound and user friendly.
Pros: quick charge, ease of cleaning
