I like the quiet, the ease of cleaning, and the job it does. I do not think the trimmer is as easy to use as the old style. I would recommend it to everyone.
It seems to get better as time goes along. At first it did not seem to give the shave I expected and was not quite a good as my last Norelco razor. It seem to get better each time I use it and I am very well satisfied with it now.
THis product appeared to have great design features.

I purchased this razor to replace one that ws not giving a clean close shave. I am very disappointed with the results WHuile it appears to have a very flexible head, the razor does not give a clean shave on neck and under chin.
I've used both foil type and rotary type electric razors for over 40 years; from major manufacturers like Braun, Panasonic, Remington, and Norelco. Both foils and rotarys are getting better and better. Personally, I like Norelco, because the "lift and cut" really works. This is my 4th Norelco and it is the best yet. I have a medium beard and use it daily. (You will need to replace the heads once a year). It's easy to clean and the floating heads really follow facial contours. Look carefully at the surface cutting area and make sure you are getting the most "coverage". I've learned you really do need to give it a few weeks to get used to, just like the instructions say. After that break-in period, it has been excellent. I'm very satisfied with it.
Pros: design, durable, close for electric razor, visible charge and cleaning reminders
I'm on the road ever week. I charge the battery on week ends and it last all week. Love the fact that you can pop the head off and use the trimmer. Very easy to clean up. I would recommend this shaver to anyone.
This razor gives the closest shave of any I have ever owned. The trimmer is a not as effective aor easy to use as I would like but other than that it is the best.
