excellent for shaving

Good quality, and good battery. However, the charger design is not very good, it is not very convenient to take for traveling.

The best electric shaver period !

I have been shaving electric almost every day for 40 years. I have used every major brand and have researched and purchased the latest models. I haven't used Norelco in many years as I wasn't happy with performance compared to others.
That said, after much research and apprehension, I purchased the Norelco Sensotouch 3D 1250x. I am pleased to say it is unmatched in close shave, speed, ease of cleaning and it is very quiet. I am elated with my purchase and highly recommend this shaver.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who is attempting to convert from a manual razor like I did. So easy to use, and a nice clean shave wet or dry! I have sensitive skin and find that I dont break out with razor bumps like I used to with a manual.
Pros: easy to use, less irritation after shave, wet or dry use, long battery life

not good for me

Could not use. My face was always sore and nicked from using this shaver. Did not have this problem with the older Brauns. The newer ones had the problem. ended up using Panasonic which gave me a smoother non irritating shave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product doesnt work properly

The product works great on the sides when you shave but doenst work at all at under the chin. I am using another RAZOR to shave off my hair under the CHIN.
I dont know why the blades doesnt work at all. I am very disappointed that I need to use another RAZOR.

Overall, a good shaver

The ergonomics of this shaver are very good, and it performs well. My only criticism is that if the unit is left in the charging stand with the stand plugged into ac power normally, the battery life is apparently shortened. The batteries in mine required replacement after little more than a year. This seems like a design limitation of the charger design.

Does not cut uniformly,One shaver head seems to do most of the work.

It is quiet. It is smooth. It is fast. I have a beard so it is not stressed to do the full face and neck. If it had to do the full beard, it might be another question. One shaver head seems to do 90% of the work.
