I purchased the razor because I lived the way it looks. Does fit great in my hand. Only thing is that I got one use out of it and it would not work again. maybe I just had a bad one. I do have an older model that is still working great. Guess I should not have tried to replace it!

Great shaver, easy to use and I especially like the wet shave fearture.
Had to return original product within 60 days of purchase due to cleaning station malfunction. Second one worked about the same length of time. Store would not exchange again. Too much of a hassle to box back up and pay for the cost of shipping and then have to buy a new one anyway while this one is gone as couldn't just get cleaning station replaced, had to send the whole razor. Battery holds a charge for about 2 days so I can't take it on business trips without the cord. Doesn't shave as close as my old product from a different maker. Poor product overall, it's now my backup. Had to go buy a new one, different model and manufacturer after only 5 months because it was such a bad shave and wouldn't clean. I have lost partial use of two of my fingers on my right hand so it was very difficult to open and clean manually due to the small access and parts. I believe it was a tremendous waste of money. It wouldn't cut all my whiskers, always left some uncut even after 5 minutes of shaving.
Hope others had better luck. Lesson learned, stick with what works and don't believe all the advertising. Seriously doubt this review will ever be published due to my poor rating.

Cons: cleaning station doesn't work., terrible shave (not close and takes too long), poor battery life, unreliable

THE SHAVER IS GREAT BUT THE CHARGING STAND IS A VERY BAD DESIGN

The engineers that designed the shaver did a great job. It works much better than my older model and gives me a good shave. with no bleeding. The charging stand, however is a lemon. It must have been designed by a last minute amateur that never even tried to test it. More specifically, the 4 miniature suction cups at the bottom of the stand are a joke. Any one with a half brain would immediately realize that even on a perfectly flat piece of glass the suction cups COULD NOT possibly hold the vacuum for one minute. The result is that when you try to pickup the shaver, the stand comes with it forcing you to hold the stand with one hand while you pickup the shaver with the other hand. Shame on NORELCO for this design problem. I believe that to preserve the reputation of the company, Norelco should recall the stand get the problem fixed.
I've been shaving with a Phillips/Norelco for more than 20one years now. This razor is the nest I've ever owned. I shave my head and my face, so I really work a shaver. I'm happier than a dog in a butcher shop.
Pros: close shave, good battery life, ease of handling
