Best electric razor

I have never been a fan of electric razors because the year up my face. This one has been great. It doesn't cut longer hairs great but over all I am satisfied.

Good product, minor criticisms

I've had the Philips Norelco Sensotouch 3D 1255X for about a month. Overall, I have found it a really good razor (a significant improvement on my old one# and recommend it. The only minor criticisms of the product I have are #1# that it is difficult to effectively shave stubble in the few millimeters directly under the nose, and #2) that there isn't a convenient travel charger option. However, I am otherwise very satisfied with the product and recommend it to others.

So far I have found this shaver to be a great product. It shaves close and fast and holds its charge for a long time. Being able to clean the razor under running hot water is a great feature. The one thing that detracts from this shavers performance is the trimmer. Compared to my older Norelco, this trimmer just does not perform well. I find it awkward to use and it does not trim sideburns very well. I use my older razor when I need a trim.
Pros: clean quick shaving
Cons: clumsy trimmer

the battery part has "freeze" several times and (to your credit) had to be replace by Phillips.
It does not give as close of a shave as other cheaper models, including cheaper Phillips models

Best shaver ever

I've owned older models of Norelco shavers that never quite performed to my standards. I finally resorted to shaving with a saftey razor. When my old Norelco died and would no longer charge, I bought this one. Frankly, I was amazed the first time I used it. It shaves as close as a razor. I find it works better if I use a product like Lectric Shave to make my beard stand up. The only thing that could be improved is the trimmer. It is too narrow to do a good job on sideburns.
Pros: fits your hand, easy to clean
Cons: trimmer is inadequate
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product for shaving and think I just need to change blades every nine months instead of the recommended annually

I easily prefer using this electric razor to my previous manual razor. However, due to facial contour I know that there are two small places on my face that require a quick use of a manual blade.
My skin condition has clearly improved using the Norelco!
Pros: can use in the shower for an easy smooth shave, trimmer helps with mustache

I bought this product for my downs syndrome son who has some issues with his hands and this has worked out wonderful for him. We tried other products which were hard for him to use. The design is very easy for him.
