It does what it was made to do. Norelco has a winner with this one. So if you are looking for a shaver, this is the the one.
Pros: cuts well

The product does not give as close a shave as advertised. I have to shave again with regular razor to get a smooth shave.

When I travel, I cannot take it along. It is not designed for travel.
Also, a few months after purchase, it failed to take a charge, and I had to send it to you in exchange for another shaver. Quality control seems to be a problem.
