Very comfortable and smooth shave. my only complaint is that the placement of the trimmer makes it difficult to see the area of the face you are trying to trim.
I HAVE USED NORELCO RAZORS FOR YEARS. THIS IS THE BEST ONE, YET. I HAVE TWO PROBLEMS WITH IT: 1. IT'S DIFFICULT TO PLUG THE CHARGER INTO THE STAND OR REMOVE IT. 2. YOU CANNOT PACK THE STAND WITH YOUR BATHROOM ITEMS WHEN TRAVELING. YOU HAVE TO PACK IT SEPERATELY IN YOUR SUITCASE.
I was originally thinking of the Remington 700 series but ended up with the Phillips Norelco 3-D instead. It is easy to use and works best by using a light application of shaving cream and running hot water over the Norelco heads before use. The shape seems to be as close as with a manual razor and I do not have to worry about cutting myself though it may take a few more minutes to shave in the morning. I like the razor and would recommend it to anyone. In fact, I am planning on buying one for my son as a gift.
Never though a electric shaver could give me the best shave ever from conventional manual razors!

Great design, the cleaning process is excelent, the performance is increadible, I´m not going back to the old 4 blade razor,. The wet feature gives you a smooth shave.
The shaver is very convenient. Very comfortable to handle and shaves very well. Its ability to be used in the shower makes it very convenient. I think that the only down sides that I have found are that the trimmer is rather narrow and kind of awkward in its placement so I use it when I can't use my regular trimmer, and since the charger can't be broken down for travel it creates unnecessary bulk on trips lasting longer than the charge on the battery. Overall it is a great product.
I was disappointment with this high tech. shaver. Initially it work well, but later it stop to charge, and iunfortunately you can't use it corded. It should be cordless. I don't know why?. After using it about couple months, the blades doesn't cut sharp enough to get a smooth shave, so you have to tripple the time of shaving to reach the level of smoothness you want.
i haven't used electric shavers for years. i don't get a clean shave that lasts. i am happy with this razor and have used it for a few months now, but shave daily. it's smooth enough for my girlfriend to kiss me and not recoil from my scratchy face. good job norelco.
Love the way it shaves but have much difficulty trying to trim my mustache. Very narrow and hard to see what i am doing. Makes a lot of noise when it is cutting.
