The shaver is a breeze to clean, is quiet, gives a close shave in difficult facial areas.
Pros: close shave in hard to shave areas, very easy to clean
Cons: has trouble shaving my neck all shavers do.

Original shaver, died after 14 months - wouldn't recharge. Replaced with shaver #2 - it slows up - as if battery dying after 1-2 minutes of shaving. Replacement #3 came damaged !!! - the two sides are not mated below the side burn cutter blade. I just hope water doesn't get into the mechanism.

The design is a little strange but the 3 moveable heads make it smoother and faster than my old razor. The ease of cleaning is a plus - I really like it.
