Cut my shaving time to one or two minutes. Wet shave is a nice option if you have a day or two of beard growth. Cleaning is quick and simply.
Pros: cordless, can shave wet or dry, simply to clean
Cons: needs to be in stand to charge

This is the sixth Phillips for me in the last twelve years, and I can finally say an electric razor shaves just as I wished and wanted it to! Easy and quick to use, it delivers a smooth result. All the others were good, but this one is great.

Ergonomics as to how it fits in hand and balance is best I can say about this razor. Motor very weak, requires way to many strokes to get a close shave, and hard to use over curvature or lose skin areas. The trimmer appears to be an afterthought. Too narrow, requires to much pressure to cut, and does not cut evenly. The charging system is too awkward and very difficult to take on a trip. You must take the stand with you as it is needed to plug charger in to. Also the stand is tippy, and often inconvenient to place and remove razor. I've used Norelco's exclusively for over thirty years, and this may be my last. Based upon what I paid for this product I expected a lot more and actually got less than some of the other less expensive Norelco models.
Pros: ergonomics and looks.
Cons: weak motor, difficult to use charger, difficult to get close shave, less than desired trimmer, does not hold charge well

I love this razor, I always had a very sensitive skin but I have almost no irritation with this product, however I'm forced to us shaving gel. dry shaving irritates me.
Pros: elegant, long battery life, close shave

I've used an electric razor for at least the last 30 years. I've had all the brands. I've found the Narelco to be the best of the lot!
This is definately the Best of the Best!

I have used electric shavers all my life, and most of them have been Phillips, Norelco or now Phillips Norelco... I have always bought medium range priced shavers and this time decided to give a more expensive one a try... With this one, I found that the shaver really glides through your face with ease, allowing a faster and easier shave, but, after almost two month using it, the shave is not as close as I expected to be... the machine is easy to use, easy to clean, glides easely through yor skin, and gives an ok shave not a waaaooo shave, but a decent, good one.
Pros: it really glides easely through your skin
Cons: not a close shave as expected

This is my second Philips electric shaver I have owned and I am loving it. The first was a Norelco 7616x, which served me well for over 5 years! I'm definitely looking forward to SensoTouch to last me as long or longer. Using this shaver is just as good as shaving with a razor. My skin is left feeling smooth whether or not I use shaving cream. I do think that it is awesome that I can use shaving cream to shave with this shaver. I'm happy with the size of the trimmer, I would be happier if it were a bit larger. I highly recommend this product. Yes, you'll be paying twice as much as some of the other shavers, but the SensoTouch is worth every penny!
