excellent shave from this product. Charging stand doesn't fit in shaving kit. Alternative plug would be preferable.
Pros: wet or dry feature excellent
Cons: charging stand too big and bulky
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does not shave as closely as I would like . I have used less than one year and blades are dull. Replacement blades are too expensive. I have used Norelco products for approximately forty years. I started using the triple headers when they came out because I have a tough beard and tender neck. I thought this would be the next step up,but was dissapointed.`
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The GyroFlex head is a big improvement over the fixed head!

I find that the "heads" need to be cleaned more often than my former "fixed head" razor.
The flex heads do a much better job under the nose, chin and neck.
Cons: the gyro flex head needs cleaning more often.
If the "Trimmer" was more functional (I have used several older models and their trimmers were great) this would be a Great shaver.
Pros: close shave
Cons: poor trimmer
I would recommend this to a friend!

I appreciate the longer recharge interval. Also like the ease of cleaning. The heads shave closely in general, but the design is marginal for some parts of the face, such as around the mouth. The trimmer is not particularly effective.
Pros: ease of cleaning, recharge time
Cons: sideburn trimmer

This gives me the closest shave I've had from an electric razor and I've been shaving for several decades. My skin doesn't respond well to wet shaves so dry works best for me. For me a clean, extremely dry face gets a great shave from this razor. This razor is not for guys that will not clean/rinse it regularly. The heads will truly clog if not rinsed or cleaned regularly. I think the battery last longer than advertized. I'd give this a 4.5 if I could.
Pros: works great on dry skin, battery life is very good
Ergonomics as to how it fits in hand and balance is best I can say about this razor. Motor very weak, requires way to many strokes to get a close shave, and hard to use over curvature or lose skin areas. The trimmer appears to be an afterthought. Too narrow, requires to much pressure to cut, and does not cut evenly. The charging system is too awkward and very difficult to take on a trip. You must take the stand with you as it is needed to plug charger in to. Also the stand is tippy, and often inconvenient to place and remove razor. I've used Norelco's exclusively for over thirty years, and this may be my last. Based upon what I paid for this product I expected a lot more and actually got less than some of the other less expensive Norelco models.
Pros: ergonomics and looks.
Cons: weak motor, difficult to use charger, difficult to get close shave, less than desired trimmer, does not hold charge well
