I have used Norelco rotary razors for many many years. Never wanted to change. My old razor was getting long in tooth. It is a pleasure now to shave. Comfortable, easy to use, close shave, can't say enough positives about this razor

Great shave. Just hope it shaves as close months from now as the shaving head is supposed to last 1 year before recommended change.
My complaint is the sideburn cutter. It does not protrude far enough from the razor body so it makes it tough to trim your sideburns, etc. I look in the mirror and the trimmer is hidden by the razor head. I cannot see what I am cutting. All guess work. Phillips Norelco, address this issue.
The razor is pricey and this should of been addressed in the design stage.

I like the ease of maintaining this razor. Easy to clean just flip up the heads and run it under the hot water. Also like the trimmer and the portability of this product. I'm used to shaving with a regular razor so I'm getting used to using this product a little more often as I have a heavy beard.
Pros: over all this is a good product
Cons: takes a little more time to shave with than a regu

Overall an easy shaver to use day in and day out. It only takes me 2-3 minutes to complete a shave, lasts a day, and the battery is good for well over a week without a charge. Highly recommended.

This is the quietest electric razor I have ever used. It is comfortable not only to hold and use, but also on your face as you shave. It generally leaves you with a face that is smooth to the touch. The pop-up trimmer is the best I have ever used.
If I have a complaint, it's quite small. There are some hairs towards the bottom of the shaveable area of my neck that don't want to go away no matter how many times I go over them with the razor.
