This is a terrific razor. The only suggestion I would have is to make the trimmer shaft longer. It is a little difficult to trim because the heads of the razor get in the way

I have used Norelco shavers for 15+ years. My flexing head model shaves to the contours of my face including the difficult areas below my chin and above my neck. As a result, I can feel that the shaves are be closest I have ever had. Also, the trimmer cuts with precision and I can hear the hairs being lopped off! My highest accolades. I may buy a second exact shaver for traveling. Thank you.

This product is the most versatile shaver I've experienced. The shaves are closer than I ever imagined possible. The trimmer really trims close. Having used this product for over three months, I would not go back to the hassle of shaving with a blade.

My previous razor was a Phillips Arcitec, and it worked equally well. On the bad side, it didn't have the storage for more than a days worth of trimmings, and needed constant cleaning. Clean up wasn't easy with that razor, because the cutter heads could not be removed. When I could no longer clean out the hair that I could see, and not getting a close shave, I went out to get a replacement head, but no one had them. I did purchase one at your web site, and have a back up razor now.
I like the cleaning of this razor much better, even though the retaining plates for the cutters, are difficult to open, to the point of broken finger nails. The thing that I don't like is the cleaning reminder. It is the same color as other information displayed , then only displayed for about a second, and if not being watched for, will be missed.
If you fix these two things, I would give it 5 stars.

I've been shaving for half a century, with electrics most of the time. About half with Philips products and half with foil shavers. This may just be the best I've ever used. It's quiet, very comfortable on the face, and delivers a shave that is as close as any man needs. I hope that it is as durable as it is nice to use.
It's very low vibration which means a lot to me!
My only serious gripe is that there's no way to charge it without hauling around the charging stand. Sometimes I travel for more than 2 weeks, and that means next vacation I have to take a charging stand instead of just a cord.
