Great product, close shave, flexible heads a plus. easy to clean, trimmer is fair, power last long time, fits hand well.
I would have given performance a 5 if the shave was just a tad better. in order to get a close shave I have to apply some pressure or go over the area over and over again... ... this irritates my face, especially around the neck area.
Not as good as a razor but its adequate. Expensive
although i have not purchased replacement heads, i understand that they are quite pricey which is a problem... but I will worry about that later.
Pros: good design, flexible heads, battery life
Cons: close shave but not as close as expected

Smooth as a baby's bum

First shave worked like a charm. Was hesitant because of past shaves w/ other razors that tore up my face while not getting it close. Zero irritation and great closeness that mirrored a blade shave. Looking forward to trying it w/ cream/gel in the shower. A+++
Pros: value/quality optional wet shave convenience
Cons: no self cleaning dock stand

Over priced, poor performance

This shaver looked good, and reviews make it sound good. It docent do a good job at all. It misses a ton of hairs on my neck making me have to go over it with a traditional razor. If i keep having to go over with a traditional razor i might was well not use the norelco. It cuts semi close sometimes but most of the times i rub my face red with the amount of rubbing I have to do to get it to attempt to cut the longer hairs. I tried using lactic shave and that dont help either. Save the money stick with the traditional razors.
Pros: looks good
Cons: no close shave, over priced, poor performance

Best Electric Shaver

I found this shaver is best for use in water. It is also good dry shaving. This is by far the best shaver I've used in the last 10 years! Great close shave for being an electric razor and gentle on the skin. I would definitely recommend this product to others. The only "con" I can think of is it needs to stay at full power cutting until the battery dies instead of losing power when the just before the battery dies. Since it's a lithium ion battery there is a way it can be done. Overall, a fantastic razor for the money.
Pros: decent battery life before having to recharge
Cons: needs max power before battery dies
