I bought this for an elderly lady who lives in an assisted living home. She wanted to feel needed and something to do to feel like she was in her own home. She uses it to clean her bedroom carpet. It has done the job, its light weight, easy to turn on, and she feels like she has some independence back. Thank you Bissell for your services

it's easy to use, does a GREAT job of getting anything up from tile and low carpets.. (works great on area rugs!!). i'm so glad i got this. my daughters and mother are getting one too. they were impressed with the quick cleanups!! what a handy tool.. i'm ordering the turbo now to compare but i love this one!! thinking of ordering a second one to put up so when this one wears out, i will have another!! great price for such a useful tool!! thanks for making my clean ups so easy!! I definitely recomment this product to anyone!!

I had purchased this product that worked great for about two months. It developed a battery problem and stopped working. It has been months since it died when I mentioned it on Bissell's site. I was not expecting anything but Bissell sent me a new one. We are looking for a new carpet cleaner and it will be a Bissell. Thank you for backing your products, it will keep me looking only at the Bissell Brand for all my floor/tile/carpeting needs
