This is a great product I could not be happier. I was a little worried but once I read the reviews and seen how the company replies I thought I'd give it a try. It was just what I wanted. Works great on my carpet, my floors and the charge lasts for a long time. I have to say I buy a lot on line and your the first company I seen reply to customers keep up the good work. I will be buying from you again soon. Thank you

Just took it out of the box and the wheel won't turn. The brushes turn and the motor runs so it's not the battery. So annoyed.

Has some problems.

This sweeper makes a lot noise. Also when you put just a little pressure on it it will stop working. This is the second time that I ordered this sweeper and I was very happy with the first sweeper and it did not have these problems.

Hi Dennis, thank you for your review. We're sorry for your disappointment with the Easy Sweep. The rotating brush shouldn't stop spinning when pressure is applied. Make sure to clean all hair off the brush roller to prevent pressure with the ends of the brush.

Hi Patricia. The Dirt Cup should be emptied after each use. Make sure the EasySweep is in the "OFF" position. Hold the base of the sweeper over a waste can to empty. Press the dirt container release button to empty the contents into the waste basket. The dirt container opens from the bottom of the EasySweep. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the feedback, Yvonne - the power button is the black button located on the base of the sweeper, on the left side when looking at if from behind. The red light will turn off once it's fully charged. Hope this helps!

Impressive performance for the price

I have 3 cats and a dog, so thought I'd try this for quick pickups between weekly vacuuming. It does a very good job, isn't real loud, is fairly lightweight so I can use it on my stairs, and goes several days on a charge. I am really glad I bought this. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it seems like it should be easier to clean the brush when it gets full of hair, etc. Otherwise, I love it!!
