I purchased the Bissell Easy Sweep, after letting it charge for 36 hours, it still barely ran. Customer service sent me a new charger, charged again for about 36 hours, still doesn't work. So weak it doesn't even sweep up a hair ball. I don't recommend this product at all.

I use this sweeper for small messes. I have 3 pets and take care of my granddaughter. All of them end up getting crumbs and other things on the carpets. It only takes a few minutes to sweep them up. I use it around the cats' litterbox as well to clean up litter that gets on the floor when they climb out of the box. Excellent!

I have used this sweeper several times during the past week and it is still holding a charge. It looks like a toy but yet is so durable and picks up a everything on the floor. Cat hair, catfood, litter and even lint and leaves. Excellent suction and light and fast.

Is light weight and charge does last a long time which actually means nothing because it doesn't pick up on wooden floors or throw rugs. Have a dog that sheds and I sew, so sweeping throughout the house at least once daily if not more. Have to run it over dog hairs/grass several times and sometimes end up picking up by hand. The sweeper sounds like a toy sweeper bought years ago for my great nephew. VERY DISAPPOINTED; always thought Bissell was a good brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
